MATTRESS QUEEN - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES

 

IMPORTANT: When you select the checkbox provided in the online checkout and click the “submit order” button, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of your online purchase and limitations of Mattress Queen warranty:

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS*

Return/Cancellation Policy: In-Store Policy: Mattress Queen does not accept returns, cancellations on any ordered products once the order has been placed. Mattress Queen does not accept returns on any custom ordered product.

 

Return/Cancellation Policy: Online Policy: Mattress Queen only accepts returns, cancellations on any ordered products provided the return/cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the order being shipped or delivered. Once the order has been shipped, Mattress Queen only accepts returns/cancellations on damaged property provided the customer is not responsible for the damage. Mattress Queen does not accept returns/cancellations on any custom ordered product.

 

Non-Custom Items: For any non-custom items, Mattress Queen will accept cancellation for a refund if the item has not been shipped from the main distribution center. If the item has been shipped and/or delivered, the following cancellation policy and procedures must be followed: any cancellations or returns of non custom product require a 40% re-stocking fee. This fee is 40% of the total sale price of the merchandise, excluding taxes. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

Clearance/Flash Sale Items: Clearance and Flash Sale items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made on prior sales.

 

*Some states have laws which differ from the above policies.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Mattress Queen does not offer credit. Merchandise is paid for by cash, credit card or third-party financing options at the time of purchase and/or pick-up from the Mattress Queen location. Payment must be received at the time order order is placed prior to receiving order confirmation or delivery schedule. Mattress Queen offers free same day delivery and assembly is guaranteed within 100 miles of the retail location. Locations further than 100 miles from the retail location will be delivered or shipped within 3-days of purchase.

 

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Web orders are handled through your local Mattress Queen retailer, whose contact information you’ll receive in your order acknowledgement email. This local team may contact you to discuss your specific order details and to give you order updates. Once your order is reviewed and approved, your credit card will be charged. To expedite service, all order questions should be directed to the Mattress Queen retailer handling your order.

 

ONLINE PRICING & PURCHASING POLICY

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

IN-STORE PRICING & PURCHASING POLICY

In-store pricing and purchase of merchandise is as marked or quoted by sales staff at time of purchase. Purchase of sale and/or clearance items are final unless otherwise stated or written on the sales agreement or on the sales receipt. In-Store purchases may be paid by cash, credit card or approved financing options at time of purchase. Once the merchandise is paid for at the time of purchase, qualified delivery and setup is free within a fifty-miles boundary of the store.

 

SCHEDULING DELIVERY

Once your pieces are available, your local team will call to schedule delivery. One to two days beforehand, you’ll be given a 3 hour window for when you can ex pect your furniture. Due to complicated delivery schedules, Mattress Queen is not able to guarantee a specific delivery time and is only able to accommodate rescheduling of delivery with 48 hours advanced notice.

 

IN-STORE PICKUPS

If you have elected to pick-up your pieces in-store, for safety reasons, store staff will not be able to load or secure furniture in your vehicle - please bring any nec essary support. Some items may require customer assembly and pickup times may vary by location.

 

PREPARATION

Before ordering, measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room, as all custom furniture is non-returnable.

 

All old furniture should be removed prior to delivery and a pathway should be cleared through your home to the room in which the furniture will be placed. Communicate to your team if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks to access.

 

DELIVERY

Our professionally trained delivery team will unwrap, place, and assemble your new furniture in the appropriate room, with the exception of cribs (which are deliv ered boxed and require customer assembly). Our team cannot rearrange or remove existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors or wall art.

INSPECTION

Please immediately inspect your furniture and share any concerns you may have with your delivery team. You must make any claims for damage, shortage or errors at time of receipt. If no claim is made at this time, furniture will be considered fully accepted. Mattress Queen reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any merchandise at its discretion.
